I appreciate your business and strive to make each visit focused on each client. So to best serve my clients, please be advised of the following policies:


Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment time. If you are late for your scheduled appointment it may not be possible to extend the time for your service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Changing Your Appointment 

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request 48 hours notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. 

My online booking program sends out an appointment confirmation and a reminder via text and/or email. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Illness or Emergency

Life happens. For the safety of other clients and your comfort if you have or have been in contact with an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. No cancellation fee applies in this situation.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, E-transfer and Cash.
